Quad Biking is fun

You will be picked up from your hotel and will be driven to the Quad meeting point. One quad will be allocated to you and you can do some test driving a limited area. Quad biking is very easy, because the Quad bikes have an automatic gear, so that you push the gas only and brake, well, to use the steer wheel is also very useful from time to time…

When everybody feels well on the Quad bike you go in direction to the desert. The Quad safari is not located in Hurghada, but before the town of El Gouna, because the there is not so overcrowded with tourists yet.

They you go about 1 hour through the desert and make now and then a break to drink something and to enjoy the landscape.

When you arrive with the Bedouins, a typical Egyptian tea is served to you as a welcome. The tour guide tells you everything about the life of the Bedouins and what you would like to know. Then he shows you also the village, the Bedouins bake for you their bread which you can try. Who like to can do some camel riding.

When the sun sets you go with the Quad bikes on a small mountain with the Bedouins, so that you can enjoy the sunset from there. The clear air and the silence look magic when the night comes.

Back in the Bedouin’s village you can make yourself comfortable in a tent on cushions. The buffet is already ready. Spoil yourself and enjoy grilled meat and different salads and additions in the atmosphere of the desert with candle light.

After everybody has eaten it is time to smoke a Shisha (water whistle), the Bedouins will show you their traditional dancing.

Then you go on the Quad bike back again to the starting point.. From there you are brought to your hotel and can enjoy the civilization while taking a shower!

Our travel tips for the tour across the desert by Quad for you:

- Wear firm shoes and cover the shoulders, because you are long time in the sun
(You receive head cloths and facial cloths for a small charge)
- Wear old clothes which can be dirty and full of sand

Price per person: 45 EUR
Two persons on one quad: 60 EUR

After booking the tour with us, we kindly ask for a deposit payment of 16.00 EUR per person, which you get back in case you cancel the trip.
The departure time from the hotel varies according to the solar state (in summer about 4 p.m., in winter approx. 2 p.m.)
You will be contacted one day before your trip through your mobile phone and will be informed about your pick up time.

The Deluxe tour has a maximum of about 10 Quads and you go to a quiet place in the desert (please compare to others!). Unfortunately, we do not have any influence whether other groups are with the Bedouins or not.

Quad safari in the desert

You will be picked up at your hotel and will be driven to the quad meeting place. There you can select your quad bike and make the first driving experience in a limited area and practice a little bit. Driving quad is not very difficult! Quad bikes have an automatic gear, so that you need only to push gas and brake.

After everybody feels safe on the quad, you start your trip to the desert in front of El Gouna. The tour does not take place directly in Hurghada, but at the rate of El Gouna, because there the desert is not yet so crowded of tourists.

Feel the adventure!

After an about 1-hour journey through the desert you come to a small bedouin’s station where you are already expected with the typical strong Egyptian black tea. Who would like to, can venture a ride on a camel or smoke Shisha (water whistle).
You go to a short rest further to a hill on which one can observe the wonderful sunset. Experience a relaxed rest and see how the sun sets in the clear air of the desert.

Then you go back with the quads to the starting point and you are driven back to your hotel.

The following items are included in the quad tour Hurghada-Deluxe:

- Journey on the quad bike in a small group of up to approx. 10 bikes (compare to others!)
- Chilled soft drinks and water for free
- Tea, water whistle
- Camel horse riding (subject to availability)

Our personal travel advices for quad biking in Egypt:

- carry loose old clothes and firm footwear
- cover your shoulders and use solar protection, you are on the move all the time in the sun
- use head-and facial cloths for the sand whirling up while driving (you can buy for 70 L.E. one on the spot)

Price per person: 35 EUR
2 people on one quad bike: 45 EUR

After reservation, a deposit of 12 EUR per person is required. If you cancel the trip, you get the money back.
The pickup time depends on the state of the sun, in winter possibly at 2 pm in summer possibly at 4 pm. One day before your excursion you will receive a short message on your mobile (please state mobile number) with the exact pick up time.
