Quad Biking is fun

You will be picked up from your hotel and will be driven to the Quad meeting point. One quad will be allocated to you and you can do some test driving a limited area. Quad biking is very easy, because the Quad bikes have an automatic gear, so that you push the gas only and brake, well, to use the steer wheel is also very useful from time to time…

When everybody feels well on the Quad bike you go in direction to the desert. The Quad safari is not located in Hurghada, but before the town of El Gouna, because the there is not so overcrowded with tourists yet.

They you go about 1 hour through the desert and make now and then a break to drink something and to enjoy the landscape.

When you arrive with the Bedouins, a typical Egyptian tea is served to you as a welcome. The tour guide tells you everything about the life of the Bedouins and what you would like to know. Then he shows you also the village, the Bedouins bake for you their bread which you can try. Who like to can do some camel riding.

When the sun sets you go with the Quad bikes on a small mountain with the Bedouins, so that you can enjoy the sunset from there. The clear air and the silence look magic when the night comes.

Back in the Bedouin’s village you can make yourself comfortable in a tent on cushions. The buffet is already ready. Spoil yourself and enjoy grilled meat and different salads and additions in the atmosphere of the desert with candle light.

After everybody has eaten it is time to smoke a Shisha (water whistle), the Bedouins will show you their traditional dancing.

Then you go on the Quad bike back again to the starting point.. From there you are brought to your hotel and can enjoy the civilization while taking a shower!

Quad safari in the desert

You will be picked up at your hotel and will be driven to the quad meeting place. There you can select your quad bike and make the first driving experience in a limited area and practice a little bit. Driving quad is not very difficult! Quad bikes have an automatic gear, so that you need only to push gas and brake.

After everybody feels safe on the quad, you start your trip to the desert in front of El Gouna. The tour does not take place directly in Hurghada, but at the rate of El Gouna, because there the desert is not yet so crowded of tourists.

Feel the adventure!

After an about 1-hour journey through the desert you come to a small bedouin’s station where you are already expected with the typical strong Egyptian black tea. Who would like to, can venture a ride on a camel or smoke Shisha (water whistle).
You go to a short rest further to a hill on which one can observe the wonderful sunset. Experience a relaxed rest and see how the sun sets in the clear air of the desert.

Then you go back with the quads to the starting point and you are driven back to your hotel.

The following items are included in the quad tour Hurghada-Deluxe:

- Journey on the quad bike in a small group of up to approx. 10 bikes (compare to others!)

- carry loose old clothes and firm footwear

After reservation, a deposit of 12 EUR per person is required. If you cancel the trip, you get the money back.
The pickup time depends on the state of the sun, in winter possibly at 2 pm in summer possibly at 4 pm. One day before your excursion you will receive a short message on your mobile (please state mobile number) with the exact pick up time.

Luxor is not far from Hurghada, hence, you should “sacrifice” one or two days of your beach vacation to have a look at something what you will not forget again. The Valley of the Kings and the Temples of Karnak are still incredibly well-preserved due to the dry climate. Partially one still recognises the colours of the inscriptions, although those are already thousand of years old !

At 5.00 o’clock in the morning you are fetched at your hotel in and around the city of Hurghada and go in about 4 hours with a break to Luxor. Your English-speaking tour guide waits there already for you. We recommend to you the following programme:

Visit first the Karnak Temple. It is the biggest temple of the world with a gigantic column hall which has 134 metre-high columns. The columns are still so well-preserved that you can recognise the old inscriptions! With your tour guide you explore the temple arrangements and can take the time that you need. After the sightseeing of the Karnak Temple you eat a tasty Egyptian lunch in a restaurant at the Nile.
Then you should rest a little and let the present impressions sink a little bit in your mind. Check in at the hotel and come along freshly for the evening.

In the evening you are fetched after your individual dinner to the Sound and Lightshow in Karnak Temple. Run with the show by the Karnak Temple. Different areas are illuminated and the life of the Pharaohs from the I-perspective is told over loudspeaker. You cannot experience history in a better way! After the Sound and Lightshow your driver drives you back to the hotel or to the city of Luxor-completely as you desire!
The next day you are fetched at about 9.00 o’clock at the hotel. You go on the western bank side of the Nile. Visit the legendary Valley of the Kings with the marvellous grave paintings which are really like original due to the very dry climate in this area. We would recommend to visit the Temple of Hatshepsut afterwards, but you decide with your tour guide how you create your day. You should visit Luxor if you make a vacation in Egypt. The ones who are interested more or less in culture, simply must visit Luxor. The historical sites are still very well-preserved, so that one sees not only a few stones and has to add the missing parts in his mind. No, it is not really difficult to imagine how everything looked before thousands of years in the original. Imposing constructions at a time built when there was even no electricity.

At 5.00 o’clock you are fetched at your hotel in the area of Hurghada and you can make a break, whenever you would like to. About 9.00 o’clock you reach Luxor. Your perfectly English speaking tour guide already awaits you there. First of all you visit the famous Karnak Temple.
You visit with your tour guide this temple with nothing but aggregations in God’s presentations which originated in no less than two millenniums. Pester your tour guide with questions and remain as long as you like!

A lot of culture makes hungry and thus a tasty Egyptian lunch is the next point on the program.

After lunch you go with a motorboat across the rive Nile to the other side and then by microcoach to the “Valley of the kings” . As the dead person’s rest should be undisturbed, the old Egyptians tried to protect their graves against grave robbers. After the more than 500-year-old history of the pyramids a king had the idea to hide his grave in the mountains. Many followed him, nevertheless, unfortunately, it has helped nothing. The robbers found the graves.

The people who know Cairo say, one would have to find time at least 4 days to get to know this town cursorily.
Well, your beach vacation should not get too briefly, hence, you have with us the possibility to book shorter excursions to the African metropolis.
But still we must say that we recommend an excursion of 2 days. Not for exploring the city two days only, but by this you experience the night in Cairo. The drive from Hurghada to Cairo lasts with break about 6 hours.

Who would like to take a trip which he will remember forever and wants to experience a nature which cannot be nicer and more dreamlike should make an excursion to the White Desert of Egypt.
The White Desert is located in the center of Egypt and far away from border areas which can be dangerous for tourists sometimes.
The White Desert in Egypt is a nature reserve, the scenery a true phenomenon of weather-beaten, surreally seeming rock formations which are especially impressive with sunrise and sunset.
The nicest opportunity to discover this scenery is a camping safari on which you spend day and night in the desert while watching this unique nature scenery.
The enchanting contours of the White Desert were created by a pretemporal ocean. The scenery excels all deserts which you have seen up to now. It reminds of a snowy scenery and conveys to you unforgettable impressions.
From the camel one can admire the fantastic forms which are a result of one annual million continuing erosion of the chalk by wind and sand.

Departure is at 7.00 o’clock in the direction of Bahariya Oasis, approx. 350 km far. About midday is the arrival, and at first there is an authentic Egyptian lunch. Then one visits the oasis with the grave of Bannantiu which still shows well-preserved paintings. Afterwards you can take a look at the temple from the time of Alexander the Great, a great temple with wonderful reliefs which are still well-preserved. From the mountain Englis one has a wonderful view about the whole oasis. Then you can watch the mineral springs with hot sulphur water (40 degrees).
After the sightseeing we enter farther 130 km in the White Desert. Shortly before sunset we reach our destination. A small bedouin’s village where the camel drivers wait for us already and we experience on the back of the camel the sunset. A true spectacle of nature.
Then dinner is cooked and a campfire is kindled. With tea, coffee and a water whistle we experience the silence of the night and enjoy the romantic atmosphere and the black sky with its hundreds of stars which can be seen clearly particularly here. In evenings without moon one can admire even the Milky Way, while shooting stars light up the sky.
This evening you will never forget again!
At 7 o’clock on the next morning, it is time for breakfast and then we continue our journey on a camel. We explore the wonderful forms of the White Desert up to the afternoon, besides, one also experiences surreal formations like pigeons, camels or a mushroom of wild stone.
In the shade of an acacia we will have lunch and take a small break. Then we ride to the sun set. A wonderful evening is waiting for us in the beam of the light of a campfire
The next morning after the breakfast we are picked up from our jeep and will go with our new miraculous impressions back to Cairo.
